Conrad Roncati

Already one of the preeminent custom homebuilders in the area, Conrad has built some of the most progressive homes and commercial spaces in the greater New York City area. With an increasing eye towards modern design and progressive construction methods, Conrad focuses on building custom homes that have unique characters and take advantage of sustainable design elements. Conrad has been building custom homes since 2013 and has over 10 years professional experience in design and construction. He holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Edinburgh and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Dean Roncati

With a hands on approach to construction and project management, Dean’s expertise lies in the execution of unique building projects. Dean’s role in the company is as its primary on-site project manager- ordering materials, coordinating contractors, and executing the day to day operations of the construction projects. He has been the primary field supervisor for all of the company’s signature projects since 2017 and has handled projects as diverse as the renovation of a 120 year old home and the interior build out for one of the areas top restaurants. Dean has a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and is a fluent Spanish language speaker.
